A caller complained about an ongoing problem with dirt bikes operating with no lights on in the 200 block of West E Street. A caller from the 1300 block of Franklin Street reported the theft of license plates from a van. Saturday, December 30 A caller said a dog was trapped inside a garage at North Front and East Cedar streets. A caller from the 2000 block of Adams Street complained about motorized mini-bikes and said the riders did not have helmets and the bikes did not have lights. Sunday, December 31 A caller from a business in the 100 block of Wallace Kneeland Boulevard reported receiving a bad check for over $600. A caller from the 2000 block of Adams Street complained about motorized mini-bikes and said the riders did not have helmets and the bikes did not have lights.
