continued from page A-22 Georgina Lewis Georgina G. Lewis, 97, died Feb. 17, 2014, at Tot- ten Shores in Shelton. She was born Oct. 4, 1916, in Scotland to George and Mary Mor- rison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph. She is survived by daughter Barbara; son Gordon; six grandchil- dren; and nine great- grandchildren. A family service will be at a later date. William McCray William Ray McCray, 80, a resident of Shelton, died Feb. 19, 2014. He was born Dec. 3, 1933, in Corbin, La., to Elbert and Allie (Smith) McCray. He served in the Navy, and married Eileen B. McCray on Oct. 4, 1985, in Gonzales, La. William was a truck driver for Highway Transport in Knoxville, Tenn. He was a member of Gateway Christian Fellowship Church in Shelton. He enjoyed gar- dening, and received a National Defense Service Medal. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Roy E. and George E. McCray; and sister Maggie Lee Mc- Cray. He is survived by wife Eileen McCray; brothers E.J. Wayne and Harold McCray; sister Shirley Denham-Niehaus; sons Richard, Johnny and Roger McCray; daughters Janice, David, Barbara Elerling and Joyce Mc- Cray; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place at 2 p.m. on March 9 at Gateway Christian Fellowship Church. It will be officiat- ed by Pastor Kevin Earls. Arrangements are by McComb & Wagner Fu- neral Home and Crema- tory in Shelton. Elaine O'Hara Elaine Judith (Satter- lee) O'Hara, 80, of Shel- ton, died of heart failure Feb. 16, 2014, in Shelton. She lived in Shelton for 19 years. She was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Tacoma to Herb and Ellen Satterlee (Oberg). She married Terry OI-Iara on June 17, 1955, at Christ Church in Ta- coma. She worked at JCPen- ney and volunteered at Tacoma General Hospital as a candy striper and at the gif shop. As a child, she at- tended Annie Wright Seminary in Tacoma. She played golf, did crafts, and was a member of the Episcopal church. She is survived by husband Terry O'Hara; daughter Kathleen Rae; brother Herb "Tod" Sat- terlee Jr. of Tacoma; grandchildren Christo- pher Mathis of Tumwa- ter; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents Herb and Ellen Satterlee. Arrangements are by Forest Funeral home un- der the direction of Dave Lucas. Karen Simons Karen M. Simons, 44, died Feb. 19, 2014, at Capital Medical Center in Olympia. She attended Parkside Elementary School and Pacific Middle School in Des Moines. She gradu- ated from Mount Rainier High School in Des Moines in 1988, and obtained her nursing degree in 1993. Karen worked for vari- ous doctors with her last position with Swedish Medical Center. She married Miles Si- mons in 2000. She enjoyed baking, sewing quilts and making jam. She also fos- tered kittens and cats for Kitten Rescue of Mason County. The family would like to thank Dr. David Patter- son (gastroenterology), Dr. Curtis Reinke (internal medicine) and Dr. Greg Rudolf (pain manage- ment). She is survived by husband Miles; stepson Joseph; parents Tom and Mary Ann Englert; sisters Angela and Anna Sovoie; nephews Jordan and Jus- tin Vandelac; 13 aunts and uncles; and 28 cousins.
