BROWN HAIR & BROWN EYES JESSE JAMES WHITEHURST has recently become Transient within Mason County. He is registered as a sex offender for convictions of Rape of a Child 2nd (1 count) and Child Molestation 1st degree (3 counts), Mason County Juvenile Court cause #99-8-257-7 and 99-8- 258-5. These convictions stem from Whitehurst, at the age of 15-16, having consensual sexual contact with a known female, 8-11 years old, on multiple occasions. He was originally given a SOSSA, but it was later revoked. Due to the multiple counts and being a Transient, his risk level is raised from a 2 to a level 3 and he is considered a High Risk. NOTE: Whitehurst is not on DOC Supervision, has become a productive member of society, has not had any criminal history since his original sex offense in 1999, and will be lowered back to a level 2 once he is no longer transient/homeless.
