The Mason County Journal seeks a professional office
assistant with exceptional customer service skills, an eye
for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline
environment. Responsibilities include management of circulation
(subscriptions, single copy sales and mailing), classified ad
sales and placement, organization and scheduling of legal
publications, cash management, some bookkeeping, typing of
newsroom copy, and receptionist duties.
Qualifications include at least 3 years previous office experience
and proficiency with MS Office and Quickbooks. Reliable
transportation required. This is a full-time position, 8 to 5, M-F
with paid time off, health care stipend, mileage reimbursement
andhealth club membership.
The Mason County Journal is a 128-year-old
