"In order to facilitate access
to price records of sellers, the
seller must maintain and have
available, a list of his ceiling prices
for inspection by the customer. If
the customer questions the ceiling
price he can ask the seller to
produce his supporting records. If
the seller is unwilling to produce
these records, the customer

A portrait of Dr. Harry W.
Deegan, retired Shelton dentist,
was hung in the PUD 3
auditorium this week in
recognition of his efforts in
getting the law passed which
allowed Public Utility Districts to
be formed.
Dr. Deegan said when the
PUD law was going up for a vote,
private power interests distributed
a large amount of literature in
Mason County opposing it.
He said he discovered what
had happened in the evening, and,
by working the rest of the night
and into the next day, was able to
get information printed which
answered the private power
charges.
Dr. Deegan said the measure
passed in Mason County by 2,300
votes.

Understand from Minor
Williams, owner of MINOR'S A &
W DRIVE-IN, that the A&W
Corporation has purchased the
"burger family" at all of their
locations. In honor of that fact,
Minor is featuring a member of
that family in a "Papa Burger
Special" that includes golden
french fries and cole slaw. Better
hurry in for this scrumptious
tidbit that is a meal in itself...
Lots of good driving weather
