conditions imposed by the Trustee) will sell at
public auction to the highest and best bidder,
payable at time of sale, the following described
real property "Property", situated in the
County(ies) of Mason, State of Washington: Lots
18 and 19, Block 5 of Trails End Division No. 2, as
shown on the Plat of Trails End Division No. 2
and Trails End Division No. 1 as corrected, as re-
corded in Volume 5 of Plats, Pages 60-67, re-
cords of Mason County, Washington. Including
shorelands as shown on said Plat, and lying be-
tween the sidelines produced 50 feet from on the
line of ordinary high water. Commonly known as:
1211 East Trails End Drive Belfair, WA 98528
which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust
dated 04/14/08 and recorded on 04/21/08, under
Auditor's File No. 1918784, records of Mason
County, Washington, from James P. Day and Di-
anna L. Day, husband and wife, as Grantor, to
Northwest Trustee Services, LLC, as Trustee, to
secure an obligation "Obligation" in favor of Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary. *The Tax Par-
cel ID number and Abbreviated Legal Descrip-
tion are provided solely to comply with the re-
cording statutes and are not intended to supple-
