shown at the Junior High School
Auditorium at 8 p.m. Thursday,
Friday and Saturday nights.
The film showings are being
sponsored by the Shelton Nimrod
Club.
Tickets are now on sale at $2,
for adults and $1 for students.
The three ~ilms include
"Tayaru", the story of two men
who traveled the wilderness of
Alaska living off the land with
only bows and arrows for
weapons; "Alaska-The Great
Land" the story of the great
Alaska earthquake, and "New For
Tomorrow", about Alaska's oil
boom the efforts to protect wild
life and the tundra during its
development.
