dersigned Trustee, Washington Administrative

County, State of Washington from Lorena D.
Du and Benny J. Sanchaz as Grantor to Land
Title Company as Trustee, to secure an obli-
gation in favor of GE Capital Mortgage Servic-
es, Inc., who was the original Beneficiary.
