The effect of the sale will be to deprive the
Grantor and all those who hold by, through or
under the Grantor of all their interest in the
above-described property.

Anyone having any objection to the sale on
any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an
opportunity to be heard as to those objections if
they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursu-
ant to RCW 61.24.130. Failure to bring such a
lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper
grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.

NOTICE TO OCCUPANTS OR
TENANTS
The purchaser at the trustee's sale is enti-
tled to possession of the property on the 20th
day following the sale, as against the grantor
under the deed of trust (the owner) and anyone
having an interest junior to the deed of trust, in-
cluding occupants and tenants. After the 20th
day following the sale the purchaser has the
right to evict occupants and tenants by sum-
mary proceedings under the unlawful detainer
act, chapter 59.12 RCW.

Construction commenced in September
1998 on the 40 acre project known as Canal
Heights. The site is located .75 miles North of
the intersection at Highway 106 and Highway
3, (Mile Marker 26) near Belfair. Approximate-
ly 7 acres is being disturbed for construction of
stormwater facilities, roads, utilities, and single
family homes. Stormwater will be collected in
an on-site detent{on system approved by Ma-
son County Public Works prior to discharge to
roadside ditch along Highway 3, to unnamed
stream, to Union River. Appropriate buffers
have been established along seasonal drain-
age.

Washington Department of Ecology's NPDES
General Permit for Stormwater Discharges
Associated with Construction Activities.
Construction commenced in September
1998 on the 40 acre project known as Canal
Heights. The site is located .75 miles North of
the intersection at Highway 106 and Highway
3, (Mile Marker 26) near Belfair. Approximate-
ly 7 acres is being disturbed for construction of
stormwater facilities, roads, utilities, and single
family homes. Stormwater will be collected in
an on-site detent{on system approved by Ma-
son County Public Works prior to discharge to
roadside ditch along Highway 3, to unnamed
stream, to Union River. Appropriate buffers
have been established along seasonal drain-
age.
Any person desidng to present their views
to the Department of Ecology concerning this
application, may notify Ecology in writing with-
in 30 days of the last date of publication of this
