Notice of Trustee's Sale Pursuant to the Revised
Code of Washington 61.24, et seq. I. On Febru-
ary 7, 2014, at 10:00 AM inside the main lobby
of the Mason County Courthouse, Corner of 4th
St. and Alder St. in the City of Shelton, State of
Washington, the undersigned Trustee (subject
to any conditions imposed by the Trustee) will
sell at public auction to the highest and best
bidder, payable at time of sale, the following de-
scribed real property "Property", situated in the
County(ies) of MASON, State of Washington:
Parcel 1 : Lot D of Short Plat No. 1366, recorded
under Auditor's File No. 423318 and being a por-
tion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 5, Township 21 North, Range
3 West, W.M., in Mason County, Washington.
Parcel 2: An easement for ingress, egress and
utilities as shown as Survey recorded in Volume
10 of Surveys, Page 4, under Auditor's File No.
410026, being a portion of the Northwest quar-
ter of Section 5 arid the Northeast quarter and
Government Lot 2 of Section 6, all in Township
21 North, Range 1 West, W.M., in Mason Coun-
ty, Washington. Commonly known as: 130 East
Hilldale Road Union, WA 98592 which is subject
to that certain Deed of Trust dated 11/04/05,
recorded on "11/14/05, under Auditor's File No.
1853629, records of MASON County, Washing-
ton, from Carl R. Moss and Denise L. Moss, hus-
band and wife, as Grantor, to Land Title, as Trust-
ee, to secure an obligation "Obligation" in favor of
Accubanc Mortgage a division of National City
Bank of Indiana, as Beneficiary, the beneficial in-
terest in which was assigned by Accubanc Mort-
gage, a division of National City Bank of Indiana
to National City Mortgage Co, a subisdiary of
National Ci Bank of Indiana, under an Assign-
rnent/Successive Assignments recorded under
Auditor's File No. 1902153. *The Tax Parce! ID
number and Abbreviated Legal Description are
provided solely to comply with the recording stat-
utes and are not intended to supplement, amend
or supersede the Property's full legal description
provided herein. I1. No action commenced by the
Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending
to seek satisfaction of the Obligation in any Court
by reason of the Grantors or Borrower's default
on the Obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.

together with interest as provided in the note or
other instrument evidencing the Obligation from
06/01/12, and such other costs and fees as are
due under the Obligation, and as are provided
by statute. V. The Property will be sold to satisfy
the expense of sale and the Obligation as pro-
vided by statute. The sale will be made without
representation or warranty, express or implied
regarding title, possession, encumbrances or
condition of the Property on February 7, 2014.
The default(s) referred to in paragraph III, togeth-
er with any subsequent payments, late charges,
advances costs and fees thereafter due, must be
cured by 01/27/14 (11 days before the sale date),
to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale
will be discontinued and terminated if at any time
before 01/27/14 (11 days before the sale date),
the default(s) as set forth in paragraph III, togeth-
er with any subsequent payments, late charges,
advances, costs and fees thereafter due, is/
are cured and the Trustee's fees and costs are
paid. The sale may be terminated any time af-
ter 01/27/14 (11 days before the sale date), and
