as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection
of the East line of said Government Lot 5 with the
Northerly right-of-way line of Primary State High-
way No. 21 (Navy Yard Highway); thence North

CITY OF SHELTON
INVITATIONS TO SUBMIT STATEMENT
OF QUALIFICATIONS SR-3 IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT Notice is hereby given that sealed
bids will be received by the City of Shelton un-
til 12:00 noon on Friday, February 14, 2014, at
which time bids will be publicly opened for the
project listed above. The Scope of Work will
consist of the surveying and design necessary
to prepare bid documents for the construction of
both the SR-3 Corridor Improvements and the
SR-3 Park and Ride. The SR-3 Corridor Improve-
ments will consist of a multi-modal trail/path that
provides a link from the proposed Park and Ride
lot (at the site of the wastewater treatment plant)
westerly to Front Street. All elements of work,
committed to under this contract, are expected
to encompass the period between March 2014,
through July 2014. These are all Federal Aid
Projects and will be required to meet appropriate
federal and state standards and conditions. Ad-
ditional tasks may added to the Scope of Work
at the City's sole discretion. Contract MAY add
project management services at a later date, via
a contract amendment. The official Request for
Qualifications (RFQ), and additional information
will be available from the City's website: "www.
ci.shelton.wa.us after 8 a.m., January 23, 2014.
The Recipiedt, in accordance with Title VI of the
Civil Rights ACt of 1964, 78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C.
