The Scope of Work will consist of the surveying and design necessary to prepare bid documents for the construction of both the SR-3 Corridor Improvements and the SR-3 Park and Ride. The SR-3 Corridor Improve- ments will consist of a multi-modal trail/path that provides a link from the proposed Park and Ride lot (at the site of the wastewater treatment plant) westerly to Front Street. All elements of work, committed to under this contract, are expected to encompass the period between March 2014, through July 2014. These are all Federal Aid Projects and will be required to meet appropriate federal and state standards and conditions.
