sunny skies on Thursday after
patchy morning fog. The high
should be in the mid-40s. Thurs-
day night should be mostly clear
with a low around 26 degrees.
Forecasters expect sunshine
on Friday with a high near 46
degrees.
The extended forecast for Fri-
day night and Saturday calls for
partly cloudy skies with lows
between 25 and 30 degrees and
highs in the lower to mid-40s.
There is a chance of rain in
the forecast for Saturday night
through Tuesday with mostly
cloudy skies. The lows should be
between 35 and 40 degrees with
highs between 45 and 50 de-
grees.
County may extend Allyn rules
The Mason County Commission
will hold a public hearing Tues-
day on a proposal to extend the
Interim Zoning Ordinance for the
Allyn Urban Growth Area until
June 30.
Public comments will be taken
at 9:30 a.m. on February 6 in the
Commission Chambers at 411
North Fifth Street, Shelton.
In a related development, com-
missioners voted on January 23 to
revise development requirements
and performance standards in the
Belfair Urban Growth Area and
Binding Site Requirements in the
Belfair and Allyn urban growth
areas.
