hold a public hearing on February 13, 2007 at
9:30 a.m., in the Commissioners Chambers
located in Courthouse Building 1, 411 North
Fifth Street, Shelton, WA 98584, to consider
realigning a portion of the following Mason
County road
Said hearing is to consider realigning a
portion of the northern segment of Capital Hill
Road where it crosses Manke property south
of John's Prairie Road. The proposed realign-
ment would reroute the road partially through
another area of Manke property to the west
and through the Port of Shelton property,
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited
to attend said hearing.
