This project also includes the replacement of one hundred and fifty—eight poles. The poles being replaced are either undersized, under classed or determined over aged. Poles will be replaced within the PUD’s established right of way with Washington Department of Trans- portation. Project to include grading, base material, rock, and other materials to ensure poles are placed in a resilient manner. This determination of non-significance is based on replacing already existing facilities, and not performing any activities that threaten the surrounding environment.
