Squaxin Island Tribe hereby notifies affected
tideland owners and the public of upcoming
Tribal surveys of shellfish populations on‘the
above-described tidelands that are not used
for commercial shellfish growing. The Tribe will
cohduct surveys in a manner consistent with
federal court orders in shellfish case in US. v.
Washington; see http://squaxinisland.org/gov-
ernment/departments/natural-resources/shell-
fish/. Specific survey dates have been mailed
to the legal tideland owners and are also avail-
able by contacting the Tribe. For more informa-

QUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) GC/
CM The Mason County Public Hospital District
No.01 is accepting Statements of Qualifica-
tions (800) from qualified General Contrac—
tors/Construction Managers (GC/CM) to;
Manage subcontractors and suppliers - Pro-
‘vide high quality construction services com-
pleting the building on time and within the
contract price Mason General Hospital (MGH)
is remodeling the second story of the exist-
ing Shelton Family Medicine Building located
at 939 Mountain View Dr, Shelton, WA 98584.
The 4,500 SF space will be converted to a
Patient Access Center for scheduling, referral
management and other business functions to
support the hospital and clinics. Scope of work
includes all associated site work, landscaping
and tenant improvements. Immediately fol-
lowing the second story Tl, the hospital also
plans to remodel 9,100 SF of the first floor for
the future home of the Physical Therapy clinic.
This outpatient service is currently hqused in:-
side the hospital, they will relocate tothe SFM
building once the first floor TI is complete. Both
projects are included in‘ this GC/CM RFQ.
