The Squaxin Island Tribe hereby notifies affected tideland owners and the public of upcoming Tribal surveys of shellfish populations on‘the above-described tidelands that are not used for commercial shellfish growing. The Tribe will cohduct surveys in a manner consistent with federal court orders in shellfish case in US. v.
