The GRAPEVIEW SCHOOL DISTICT Board of Direc-
tors has changed the regular scheduled meeting for the
month of February to Tuesday. February 15, 2011. The
meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a Work Session fol-
lowed by the Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m.The
meeting will be held in the school library located at 822 E
Mason Benson Rd, Grapeview.
Furthermore, The Grapeview School Board has been
invited to join other Mason County School Boards in a
joint meeting to be held on Thursday, February 17th at
6:00 p.m. at the Shelton School District Central Office. No

The Combined Federal Campaign is the federal govern-
ment's annual on-the-job charitable solicitation program
and the Greater Olympic Peninsula campaign covers fed-
eral employees in Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, and Mason
Counties.

address no later than 4:00 p.m. April 1, 2011. Late or
incomplete applications will not be considered. Informa-

Hoffman Construction of WA, 1505 Westlake Ave. N.
Ste. 500 Seattle WA 98109 is seeking coverage under the
Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction
Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General
Permit.
The proposed project, Mason General Hospital-
Campus Renewal Project is located at 901 Mountain
View Drive in Shelton in Mason County.
This project involves 3.5 acres of soil disturbance for
Commercial construction activities.
Stormwater will be discharged to groundwater (100%
infiltration).
Any persons desiring to present their views to the
Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this
application, or interested in Ecology's action on this ap-
plication, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30
days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecol-
ogy reviews public comments and considers whether
discharges from this project would cause a measurable
change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the
project is necessary and in the overriding public interest
according to Tier II antidegradation requirements under
WAC 173-201 A-320.
