These are the Cheney Studs of Tacoma, from left to right, Bob Houbregs (University of Washington and retired professional of several years in the National Basketball Association), Hartley Kruger (University of Idaho), Ed Bowman (College of Puget Sound), Dan Inveen (Pacific Lutheran College), Gone Lundgard (Pacific Lutheran College), Jerry Vermillion (Gon- zaga University and present Shelton high basketball coach), John- ny O'Brlen (Seattle University all-American), Mariafi Pericin (Gonzaga University), Eddie O'Brlen (Seattle U), Eddie Pepple (University of Utah), and Dean Nlcholson (Central Washington College). The game starts at 2:00 o'clock with the Shelton high school athletic fund as benefactor. Johnny O'Brien, however, won't be with the Studs for he has been forbidden to play any more basketball by the Philadelphia Phils, major league baseball team which owns his professional contract.
