and Alder St. in the City of Shelton, State of
Washington, the undersigned Trustee (subject to
any conditions imposed by the Trustee) will sell at
public auction to the highest and best bidder,
payable at time of sale, the following described
real property "Property", situated in the
County(ies) of MASON, State of Washington:
Parcel 1 : Tracts 32 and 33 of Survey recorded
June 8, 1978, in Volume 4 of Surveys, Page 19,
under Auditor's File No. 345571 and being a por-
tion of the North half of Section 11, Township 23
North, Range 2 West, W.M., in Mason County,
Washington, lying Easterly of the Tahuya River.
Parcel 2: A 60-foot wide easement for ingress,
egress, drainage and utility purposes over, upon,
under and across that portion of the North half of
Section 11, Township 23 North, Range 2 West,
W.M., in Mason County, Washington, lying East-
erly of the Tahuya River, as now located thereon.
Commonly known as: 450 Northeast Pine Camp
Road Belfair, WA 98528 which is subject to that
certain Deed of Trust dated 04/04/05, recorded
on 04/08/05, under Auditor's File No. 1834665,
records of MASON County, Washington, from
Kenneth R. Avery, II and Kim M. Avery, husband
and wife, as Grantor, to Land Title of Mason
County, as Trustee, to secure an obligation "Obli-
gation" in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registra-
tion Systems, Inc. as nominee for Kitsap Com-
munity Federal Credit Union, its successors and
assigns, as Beneficiary, the beneficial interest in
which was assigned by Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Kitsap
Community Federal Credit Union, its successors
and assigns to M&T Bank, under an Assignment/
Successive Assignments recorded under Audi-
tor's File No. 2015523. *The Tax Parcel ID num-
ber and Abbreviated Legal Description are pro-
vided solely to comply with the recording statutes
