The project site is located on a City of Shelton owned piece of property bounded on the north by Cota Street, on the west by South 5th Street, and on the east by South 4th Street. The City of Shelton plans the rehabilita- tion of its existing gravel parking lot located im- mediately east of the Shelton Civic Center.
