Supplemental Appropriation/Budget
Transfer Notice of Hearing
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions
which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year
2007, it is necessary to make provisions for
supplemental appropriations and budget
transfers to the 2007 Budget as authorized
by RCW 36.40.100 and RCW 36.40.195 for
the following:
A supplemental appropriation to the
Emergency Management Department in the
Current Expense Fund for unanticipated rev-
enue from grants that will used for machinery
and equipment.
A supplemental appropriation to the
Wastewater System Development Fund for
unanticipated revenue from a Mason Coun-
ty Rural Area Capital Improvement (.08)
Award.
A budget transfer from the Superior Court
Department to the new Indigent Defense/
Superior Court Department in the Current
Expense Fund to establish new expenditure
lines for financial accountability.
A budget transfer from Ending Fund Bal-
ance to NonDepartmental in the Current
Expense Fund for economic development
services provided by the Economic Develop-
ment Council.

percent (5%) of the amount of such bid pro-

Form 272-001 (revised 08/2001) for Local
Agency Use. Should the successful bidder
fail to enter into such contract and furnish
satisfactory performance bond within the
time stated in the Specifications, the bid pro-
posal deposit shall be forfeited to the County
of Mason.

ing, on forms furnished by the County Engi-
neer, sealed and filed with the Clerk of the
Board of County Commissioners on or before
the day and hour above-mentioned.

Noiice is hereby given that the hearings

parking for 64 spaces, construct pedestrian
pathway with benches, interpretive signs and
a picnic area. After review of a completed
environmental checklist and other information
on file with the agency, the Port of Shelton
has determined this proposal will not have a
probable significant adverse impact on the
environment.

WHEREAS, by reason of conditions
which could not be reasonably foreseen at
the time of making the budget for the year
2007, it is necessary to make provisions for

by RCW 36.40.100 and RCW 36.40.195 for

public hearing on the matter and directed the
Clerk to prepare notice thereof for posting
and publication;

that said hearing has been set for Tuesday,

NOTICE OF MITIGATED
DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
Port of Shelton, as proponent and lead
agency, issued a mitigated determination
of nonsignificance (MDNS) under the State
Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter
197-11 WAC) for the following project located
at 661 & 701 E. Pine St. Shelton, WA: Phase
1 - replace aging creosote wood bulkhead
with concrete panel & steel or concrete
piling, install sign, safety railing along pier
and bulkhead and remove decrepit creosote
dock on Pine St. Phase 2 - develop improved
parking for 64 spaces, construct pedestrian
pathway with benches, interpretive signs and
a picnic area. After review of a completed
environmental checklist and other information
on file with the agency, the Port of Shelton
has determined this proposal will not have a
probable significant adverse impact on the
environment.

The public is invited to comment on this DNS
by submitting written comments no later than
4:00 pm on Feb. 22, 2007 to Port of Shelton,
