furnishing and installing a new pyrolusite fil—
tration system, the addition of interior and
exterior piping to connect the filtration sys—
tem to the raw, finished and backwash water
lines, and the furnishing and installation of

tion Stormwater NPDES and State Waste
Discharge General Permit. The proposed
project, Belco Forest Products, is located at

The Southside School Board of Directors
will hold a public hearing‘in the Southside
School District Library, February 22, 2023
beginning at 6:30 pm. during the regularly
scheduled meeting. The purpose of the hear-
.ing is to review a proposed budget extension
for the General Fund and the Capital Projects
Fund for the 2022-2023 school year. Any per— .
son may appear thereat and be heard for or
