Loyed L. Ellis, born June 26,
1913 in Lacey, died Sunday in
Mason General Hospital at the age
of 61 years.
He had lived in Shelton for
the past 38 years and had been
employed by Simpson Timber
Company as a dry kiln foreman.
Mr. Ellis was a charter
member and past commodore of
Shelton Yacht Club. He held
membership in IWA, Progress
Grange of Kamilche and Mt. View
Alliance Church.
Survivors include his wife,
Mary, of Shelton; three sons, Ted
of Tacoma, Richard of Renton
and Charles of Shelton; a
daughter, Mrs. Elaine Hendricks
of Kenefic, Oklahoma; his
2-bedroom mother, Maude Lawton of Lacey;
