"Riley's best match was his last,"
Lacy said. "He was really aggressive
with the right mindset. He was on the
attack instead of hoping his opponent
would make a mistake."
Finally, sophomore Benny Olivas lost
two matches at 145 pounds.
His first loss was a pin in 59 seconds
to Hudson's Bay (Vancouver) junior Aar-
on Blaine, while his second loss was a
7-2 decision against Ferndale senior Ri-
ley Saenz.
"Benny had a tough first match,"
Lacy said. "His second match, he wres-
tled well, but he got frustrated with
some official calls."
Lacy said Olivas had a great season.
"He competed all year long," he said.
