general Biosolids Management permit for the
Webb Hill Septage/Biosolids treatment facility

Mason County Department of Health Services,

delegation from WDOE. Its contact person is
the Health Director. The Washington Depart-
ment of Ecology, P.O. Box 47775 Olympia WA
98504-7775, Biosolids Coordinator, has lead
permit authority. Coverage is sought for alka-
line stabilization of septage and biosolids and
its application to 400 acres for fertilization of
pasture, forage, and/or hay crops, timber,
and/or conifers for evergreen bough or Christ-
mas tree production. Any person wishing to
comment on this application or desiring to
present their views regarding this application to
the Department of Ecology or its delegated
representative must do so in writing within
thirty days of the last date of newspaper pub,-
cation of this notice. Comments should be ad-
dressed to the Biosolids Coordinator at the
Washington Department of Ecology SW Re-
gional Office.
The permit contains Information about the
current biosollds site, BiD Recycling Corp.
North Ranch, located off of the Webb Hill Road
and a plan for specifying how future application
sites will be identified. Biosotlds from this
facility will not be provided to any other facility,
including a beneficial use facility. The public
will be notified by public notice through a local
newspaper regarding the selection of future
land application sites. No public meeting or
hearing Is scheduled. Anyone desidng a meet-
Ing or to participate in the final permit decision
should contact Mason County Department of
Health Services. Any person or organization

line stabilization of septage and biosolids and
its application to 400 acres for fertilization of
pasture, forage, and/or hay crops, timber,
and/or conifers for evergreen bough or Christ-
mas tree production. Any person wishing to
comment on this application or desiring to
present their views regarding this application to
the Department of Ecology or its delegated
representative must do so in writing within
thirty days of the last date of newspaper pub,-

Washington Department of Ecology SW Re-

The permit contains Information about the
current biosollds site, BiD Recycling Corp.
