against both the decedent‘s probate and non-

DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRI-
ATE PUBLIC WATERS Take Notice: On January
23,2020,Brook Point Water Association filed a
Water Right Application {Application No. CS2-
SWCG835) to change from spring water to a
groundwater well under Certificate 6835 in the
amount of 22.5 gallons per minute (GPM) and
5 acre-feet (ac-ft) per year. The location of the
well will be within the NW X SE In of Section 35,
T. 22 NR 3W.W.M. Mason Co. for the purpose
of domestic supply. A Preliminary Permit was is-
sued on February 5, 2020 for drilling and testing.
The Permit will remain in effect until February
13. 2022,unless revoked sooner by Ecology.
Protests or objections to approval of this ap-
plication must include a detailed statement of
the basis of objections and are subject to public
disclosure. Protests must be accompanied by a
$50.00 fee filed with the Dept of Ecology at
PO Box 47775 Olympia WA 98504-7775 within
(30) days from: March 5. 2020.
