I By KEVAN MOORE A Shelton man died Monday night at Harborview Medi- cal Center in Seattle following a construction accident in Bremerton on Saturday morning. David Robecker, 39, was badly injured Saturday morn- ing, March 5, while working on the new Manette Bridge in Bremerton when a winch he was operating malfuctioned and struck him in the head.
