State U are the people like to h arou Pictured here are those professional employees who have joined ITT Rayonier Inc. at the Olympic Research Division (ORD) during the past year. We are proud of our new employees and hope they stay with us a long time. Most do; in fact, more than 75% of all employees at ORD have been with us over five years. ORD is the heart of Rayonier's research organization. At the lab 167 people work to perfect pulping processes and to develop new pulping and. recovery processes. They are also doing other things, such as trying to de- velop improved trees, developing new analytical methods for Rayonier mills throughout the world and, of course, working on air and water protection programs. But no matter where these new• employees fit in, they are part of a highly professional, skilled team. They will find work at ORD both challenging and rewarding. Even though our new people come from a widevariety of backgrounds and are diverse in interests, we are proud each has decided to join us and offer a hearty "wel- come aboard!"
