PORT OF GRAPEVIEW. Budget Range:
$400K to $500K GRAPEVIEW, WASH. Ma-
son County Sealed bids will be received for
the construction of the new Port of Grape-
view site development and boat launch
turn-around project located. at 5070 E
Grapeview Loop Rd., Grapeview, WA. (Fair
Harbor). Work to include: the construction
of an asphalt parking lot and turn-around
area, earthwork, site utilities, storm water,
landscaping, new restroom building, and a
picnic shelter. Sealed bids must be submit-

Per RCW 79.100, the. WA Dept of Natu-
ral Resources (DNR) intends to take custo—
dy of the derelict or abandoned vessel with
Washington Registration # WN 5057 NV
on 04/06/2020 (Custody Date). The vessel
is sunk in North Bay near the Port of Allyn,
Mason County. After taking custody, DNR
may use or dispose of it without further no-
tice. The owner is responsible for all related
costs. To retain custody of the vessel, be-
fore the Custody Date, the owner must: 1)
Move it to an anchorage area, moorage fa-
cility, or storage location that authorizes the
vessel, or 2) Remove the vessel from the
water. To redeem the vessel once DNR has
