shed Coalition (LHCWC) will hold
its monthly free public informa-

The gathering will feature a
presentation by Meghan White
of the Washington State Depart-
ment of Transportation on the
topic of highway and road storm-
water control. LttCWC is a group
of local citizens, businesses, and
representatives from government
agencies and the Skokomish
Tribe who work to improve and
protect the quality and quantity
of fresh and marine waters in
the lower ttood Canal watershed.
Topics are aimed at the local ho-

The final workshop in Sal Say-
age's series, "How To Behave So
Your Preschooler Will, Too" will

The Belfair Farmers'
Market planning its
2007 market season
The Belfair Farmers' Market's
2007 season is set to open on May
5 and organizers are now accept-
ing vendor applications. Vendors
must be Washington-based farm-
ers, artisans, crafters or enter-
tainers. Market offiicials are espe-
cially interested in those offering
produce, fish, meat and shellfish.
Market days will be Saturdays
through October 27 from 9 a.m.
Lo 3 p.m. at the Mary E. Theler
0mmunity Centers south park-
ing lot. Youth under age 18 and
nonprofit groups can set up at no
charge and new members are giv-
en three free consecutive Satur-
days. The first vendors' meeting
will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,
April 12, at the Theler Center, lo-
cated at 22871 NE State Route 3.
