Page A-14 Shelton-Mason County Journal — Thursday, April 2, 2020 A week ago, our governor ordered a statewide stay-at-home mandate with the exception of essential personnel. Those of us at the Journal decided that just because we’re all shut in, doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun (off the clock). That’s why we've asked members of the community to share their favorite cocktail recipes with us.This week, we’re getting you started. If you have any recommendations, please send them our way. And if liquor or spirits aren’t your style, please let us know your favorite nonalcoholic recipe, and remember to support your local restaurants, brewers and distillers, that are still serving food to go. After all, this is meant to keep spirits high while in isolation. Drink responsibly. If you're out on trip to the store or pharmacy, please practice safe social distancing. . If you’ve got a recipe and or phbtos you’d like to share, please send them to Iloyd@ masoncounty.com and you might see it in next week’s copy of the Journal. Thank you. r Serve over ice. This locally inspired cocktail comes to us from Mason Chamber of Commerce Director Heidi McCutcheon. 1 oz. Hardware Distillery Crabby Ginny Distilled Dry Gin 02.
