Dr. Schlauderaff honored for meaningful use practices

Mark Schlauderaff, MD, board
certified internal medicine, Olym-
pic Physicians, PLLC, was recently
named to the Meaningful Use Van-
guard (MUV) by the Washington
and Idaho Regional Extension Cen-
ter (W]REC) for leadership in adop-
tion and meaningful use of electronic
health records (EHRs). The MUV
program, developed by the Depart-
ment of Health and Human Services'

Mason Lee Stenberg
Mason Lee Stenberg was born March 28, 2011 at Ever-
green Hospital in Kirkland to Marc and Corley Stenberg of
Lynnwood.
He weighed nine pounds, five and one half ounces and
was 22 inches long.
He is welcomed by his 13-year-old sister Reagan Sten-
berg, grandparents Marvin and Sandy Stenberg of Shelton,
Vickie and Mark Swan of Bonney Lake and Noah and Rita
Noaker of Everett.
Myah Jae Jerrells
Myah Jae Jerrells, was born April 1, 2011 at Providence
St. Peter Hospital in Olympia to Tara and Jay Jerrells. Her
weight was nine pounds and she was 21 inches long.
