COMPLETE COURSE--Frank Rains, Shelton police patrolman, left, and Ralph D. Pearsall~ Mason County deputy sheriff, were among a grollp of state law enforcement officers who completed thc Basic Law Enforccment School at Ft. Lewis recently. The school is managed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is sponsored by the State Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs, in cooperation with the Washington State Patrol and the Attorney General's office.
