Bruce Cote was best man and
tshers were Edgar Cole and Roy
Anaerson.
Phil Johnson sang "Oh Perfect
LaVe" and the "Lord's Prayer,"

Winiecki. Mrs. Albach played the

Mrs, Nehring wore a black suit
with gardenia corsage and a rose-
trimmed hat for" her daughter's

A reception followed at the
'home of the bride's parents anf

Wedding cake topped with the tra-
ditional bride and bridegroom and

wedding trip to San Francisco and

ART INSTRUCTOR
"Art Fundamentals as Applied
to Flower Arrangements" will be
discussed Wednesday, April 16, by
Miss Peggy Boiler, school art in-
structor, before members of the
Shelton Garden Club. The special
meeting will open at 1:30 a.m at
the Little House. Miss Ballet will
speak at 2:30 a.m.
An invitation has been extended
by the Olympia Garden Club to
the members of the local Garden
Club to attend a joint meeting and
entertainment Friday, April 18,
at the Jade Room at the Olympian
t Hotel. Any ladies interested are
asked to contact Mrs. George
CrOpper, Phone 490, by Wednes-
day, April 16, for reservations.

of the local group, expressed ap-
preciation of the work of Mrs.

A small but beautiful wedding
took place Saturday morning,
April 5, in the First Methodist
Church when Miss Itclen Patrieia
Vnn Cleave, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Let) Van Cleave of Shelton,
became the bride of Mr. Jerome
• 'Bob Caste. son of Mr. and Mrs.
Leon Cesta.
The beautiful single ring cere-
nony wts I'oad at 9:30 by Rev-
erend Hardwick r. Harshman in
the presence or fricnds and rel-
atives,
The bride chose for her wedding
a roan striped suit with brown
accessories and a tan hat of straw.
Her corsage was of pink carna-
tions and gardenias•
Her only attendant, Mrs. Emma
Jean Van Cleave, sister-in-law of
the bride, wore a natural tan suit
with brown accessories and iden-
tical corsage.
Mr. Arthur Van Cleave, brother
of the bride, was bst man.
The young couple" left immed-
iately following the ceremony for
a short :wedding trip in Portland.
Oregon. and upon their retm'n will
make their new home in Shelton.
The bride received her education
in Frankfort, Indiana, and when
she came West was employed in
the shipyards at Bremerton.
The groom is a product of the
school system in Jerome, Idaho,
and spent 5, years in the U. S.
Army with operations in the Pa-
cific theatre of war. He is now
cmployed at Rayonier Incorpor-
ated in Shelton.

hold its second parent's night of

25th at 7:30 o clock. As USual all

will be given by the dramatics
class directed by Mrs. Cleveland.'
This entertainment will be 'fol-
lowed by a very interesting meet-
