GARDEN CLUB TO ItEAR ART INSTRUCTOR "Art Fundamentals as Applied to Flower Arrangements" will be discussed Wednesday, April 16, by Miss Peggy Boiler, school art in- structor, before members of the Shelton Garden Club. The special meeting will open at 1:30 a.m at the Little House. Miss Ballet will speak at 2:30 a.m. An invitation has been extended by the Olympia Garden Club to the members of the local Garden Club to attend a joint meeting and entertainment Friday, April 18, at the Jade Room at the Olympian t Hotel. Mr. Arthur Van Cleave, brother of the bride, was bst man. The young couple" left immed- iately following the ceremony for a short :wedding trip in Portland. Oregon. and upon their retm'n will make their new home in Shelton. The bride received her education in Frankfort, Indiana, and when she came West was employed in the shipyards at Bremerton. The groom is a product of the school system in Jerome, Idaho, and spent 5, years in the U. S. Army with operations in the Pa- cific theatre of war.
