Shelton District Headquarters, lo-
cated at Shelton, County of Ma-
son, State of Washington, by the
District Administrator of said
District, the timber on the follow-

sold at public auction to the high-
est bidder, to wit:

Kennedy Creek Hardwood lo-
cated approximately 11 miles by
road southwest of Shelton. The
sale is composed cf all timber
bounded by sale area boundary
tags, logged areas and property
lines on parts of the following:
SW% NE, NW¼, N% SW
of Section 36, Township 19 North,
Range 4 West, W.M., containing
94 acres, more or less, compris-
ing approximately 1,370,000 bd.
ft. of alder, 725,000 bd. ft. of
Douglas Fir, 150,000 bd. ft. of
maple, 75,000 bd. ft. of cedar and
70,000 bd. ft. of hemlock and
white fir, or a total of 2,390,000
bd. ft.
Minimum acceptable bid: $40,-

Timber will be sold on a cash
or installment plan basis. Tim-

to all interested persons that Ma-
son County is planning the con-
struction of a portion of the Shel-
ton-Matlock Roal, FAS Route
9110, by reconstructing the por-
tion between a point just east of
the Highland Road junction and
Hickson Corner. The proposed
project includes grading, drain-
ing and surfacing with Class "A"
bituminous surface treatment for
a finished pavement width of 22
feet and finished roadway width
of 34 feet. The proposed project
is 2.1. miles in length.
FURTHER, maps showing the
proposed location of the project
and plans showing construction
details may be inspected at the
office of the County Engineer,
Courthouse, Shelton, Washington.
FURTHER, tentative schedules
for right-of-way acquisition will
be discussed at the hearing.

WHEREAS the following zone
changes have been recommended
by the Planning Commission of
the City of Shelton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SHELTON:
1. That Section 1.06 of Ordin-
ance No. 682 is hereby amended
as follows: That the classifica-
tion of the folloving described
