ON THE PATTERSON-LOOP
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City
of Shelton 'as follows:
1. That the property owners
within the area hereinafter de-
scribed (the same being outside
the city limits of Shelton), be re-
quired to pay a co:mection charge
before receiving service from the
City water main established in
said area.
2. Under the provisions of
R.C.W. 35.92.025 the connection
fee of $2.30 per front foot sh'Ml
be paid to the City Treasurer to
be deposited in the water fund of
the City of Shelton before water
service connections are made to
any mains constructed under Job
No. 6609.
3. The frontage upon which
this charge is to be based shall
be either the legal description set
forth in the building permit, if
any, or if no permit has been is-
sued, then upon the description
contained in the pertinent docu-
ment or documents of title of
record.
4. The area within which the
above mentioned connection fee
shall apply is particularly de-

ere did, on April 3, 1967, adopt a
Resolution declaring, their inten-
tion to establish a County Road
to be known as County Road No.
204B, extending from the exist-
ing Mason County Rcd No. 204,
and running thence east for a
distance of 365.06 feet.
SAID RESOLUTION further
declared: That the establishment
of such road was a public neces-
sity and instructed the Clerk of
the Board to set up a public
Hearing thereon.
FURTHESt, said resolution in-
structed the County Engineer to
report on said road establishment
and requested the Prosecuting
Attorney to review and give ap-
proval to the steps herein or-
dered.
NOTICE is therefore given:
That said Hearing will be held
at the office of %he County Com-
missioners at the CoUrthouse in
Shelton, Washington at 11:00
A,M., Monday, April 24, 1967.
