under the Washington State Department
of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NP—
DES and State Waste Discharge General
Permit. The proposed project, Caille Prop-
erty, is located at 121 E Elma Hicklin Rd
in McCleary in Mason county. This project
involves 16.3 acres of soil disturbance for
Other (Habitat Restoration) construction
activities. The receiving waterbody is un—
named. Any persons desiring to present
their views to the Washington State De-
partment of Ecology regarding this Appli-
cation, or interested In Ecology’s action on
this Application, may notify Ecology in writ—
ing no later than 30 days of the last date of
publication of this notice. Ecology reviews
public comments and considers whether
discharges from this project would cause
a measurable change in receiving wa-
ter quality, and, if so, whether the project
is necessary and in the overriding public
interest according to Tier II anti-degrada-
tion requirements under WAC 173—201A-

pic'National Forest, may be applying the
herbicides glyphosate, clopyralid, triclopyr,
aminopyralid, sulfometuron methyl, or
imazapyr to noxious weeds or other in-
vasive plant species at the following For-
est Service sites Mason County on April
20 — November 15, 2020. Applications
will be conducted as planned in the Final
ElS-Olympic National Forest Site Specific
lnvasive_Plant Treatment Project, which
was finalized in 2008. Notices indicating
that formulations containing glyphosate,
clopyralid, triclopyr, aminopyralid, sulfome-
turon methyl, or imazapyr will be applied
