ted at Shelton, County of Ma-

District, the timber on the fol-
lowing described state land will
be sold at public auction to the
highest bidder, to wit:

the Board of County Commission-
ers did, on April 3, 1967. adopt a
Resolution declaring their inten-
tion to establish a County Road
to be known as County Road No.
204B, extending from the exist-
ing Mason County RcAd No. 204,
and running thence east for a
distance of 365.06 feet.
SAID RESOLUTION further
declared: That the establishment
of such road was a public neces-
sity and instructed the Clerk of
the BArd to set up a public
Hearing thereon.
FURTHER, said resolution in-
structed the County Engineer to
report on said road establishment
and requested the Prosecuting
Attorney to review and give ap-
proval to the steps herein or-
dered.
NOTICE is therefore given:
That said Hearing will be held
at the office of the' County Com-
missioners at the Courthouse in
Shelton, Washington at 11:00
A.M., Monday, April 24, 1967.
