Kerri Stoeh r High Kerri Stoehr, whose birthdate is September 3, 1957, was born in Olympia and reared in Shelton. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Stoehr. Her brother, Monte, attends Western Washington State College; her sister, Jani, is a seventh-grader. Through the summer months Kerri works with her dad, driving a skidder in a l ging operation. She enjoys backpacking, swimming, horseback riding. "We have three horses," she says, "and four cats and one dog." Kerri captains the drill team, of which she has been a member for three years. As a sophomore, junior and senior she has participated in Pep Club, Girls Club, Wrestling Club. She is a ,nel Mr. and Mrs. John H. Anderson of Aberdeen announce the engagement of their daughter, Jonnel, to Duane Fagergren, son of Mrs. Aaron H. Fagergren and the late Aaron H. Fagergren of Shelton. Miss Anderson is a graduate of Weatherwax High School and Western Washington State College where she received a bachelor's degree in education. She is employed by the Washington State Senate as a research analyst for the committee on social and health services. Her fiance was graduated from Shelton High School and the University of Washington. He holds a bachelor's degree in fisheries science and is employed by ITT Rayonier at the environment control section at Hoodsport. On June 7 the couple will wed in St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Aberdeen. I Sp0tlight two-year member of American Field Service and for the past two years has been a timer for track. She enjoys all sports as a spectator. Ms. Stoehr is a member of the Youth Group of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church where; occasionally, she plays the organ. She studies piano and plays in recitals. She sings in her church choir and in her sophomore and junior years sang m the Shelton High School choir. As a senior her studies include civics, economics, crafts, English, trigonometry and contemporary world problems. "1'11 attend Western Washington State College," she states, "but 1 have no definite career plans." ;on to-marry Jonnel Anderson J OO plans Preparations for "Bumbershoot" take top priority with Wanda Andrews, president of Epsilon Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, sponsors of the arts and crafts festival set for June 7 in Kneeland Park. For three years Mrs. Andrews has been a member of the sorority, serving last year as treasurer and extension officer and officiating as chapter sweetheart. Born in Arkansas, Wanda Andrews came to the Hood Canal area as a ten-year-old. Her husband, Dick, was reared in Shelton. They now reside in the Dayton area and have a four-year-old son named Ben and a daughter, Cindy, who is 13. "My husband," says Wanda, "is a self-employed logger and 1 am his bookkeeper, lie's chairperson of the logging show committee, and I'm helping him." Active in the Republican Central Committee of Mason County for the past six years, Wanda is now treasurer of the group and precinct committeewoman.
