Edna N.
Klein
Edna N. Klein, born
September 14, 1931 in
Blair, Nebraska, passed
away peacefully into
the arms of our Lord on
May 25, 2020 in Shelton,
Washington.
In disbelief we
watched you go, we
watched you fade away.
You suflered much in si-
lence; you fought so hard
to stay alive. You faced
your task with courage
and kept fighting until
the end. God saw you
getting tired, when a
cure was not to be, he put
his arms around you and
whispered, “Come with
me,” And now that you
are “you” again, in peace
and free from pain, we
could not wish you back
again to sufler that way
again.
Edna was a strong,
independent woman
that raised her family
while working full time.
She had a 25-year ca—
reer working full—time
for AT&T. After retire-
ment she spent her time
traveling, volunteering
for the Dixieland Festi-
val, Round dancing, and
enjoying time with her
family and friends. Edna
spent the rest of her
years with Ray Weland-
er, her dear companion
and friend. They spent
their days on the canal
in Lilliwaup with family,
friends crabbing, garage
sales and watching the
sunsets.
She was preceded in
death by her son Johnny
Neuman. She is survived
by her companion of over
20 years Ray Welander,
her four sons, Kent N eu-
man, Curtis, Mitch and
Dave Chamberlin, their
wives Kathy Neuman,
Janie, Lynda and Lori
Chamberlin. Numer-
ous grandchildren and
their spouses and great-
grandchildren.
She was a devoted,
loved and treasured
mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother and
her memory will live on,
“in her family forever”.

this world ended on the
morning of May 25th,
2020, due to Pneumo-
nia. Joan is survived by
her son Michael Fletch-
er (son and daughter
in law) Tony & Judy
Fletcher, (daughter and
son in law) Lisa & Ivan
France and (daughter
and son in law) Cathy
& Jon France and her

Rogers. As well as 19
grandchildren and sev-
en great-grandchildren,
with one on the way.
All of whom she loved
dearly.
Joan was a hard
worker who raised her
four children by herself.
She cared very much
about other people and
would share with any
she met. '
She loved the Lord
Jesuswith all her heart
and wanted to share of
his miracles with all she
met. Joan would give all
she had to others with
no worry as she knew
the Lord would take care
of her. She was loved by
many and will be missed
though we know she is
in the loving arms of her
Savior now.
