Free day at state
parks on Saturday
The Washington State Parks and
Recreation Commission has designat-
ed Saturday as a free day, allowing
visitors to come to the park for day
use without a Discover Pass.
Saturday’s free day is in recogni-
tion of National Get Outdoors Day.
The State Parks department asks
visitors to keep social distance of at
least 6 feet, bring personal supplies
such as soap, hand sanitizer, toilet
paper and face coverings, and have a
ational spot shrimp fishing.
Shrimp fishing is allowed from 9
a.m. to 1 pm. today, June 15, 26 and
