ican community. Enjoying a last
bit of play before Mrs. I%uth Vree-
land calls them in for class are
some of the twenty fist-to-sixth-
grade students at Grisdale School.

at Grisdale is prepared in this
modern kitchen by Bill and Myr-
tle Myhre and Bill Burkhardt.
Small neat houses dot the Camp
Grisdale scene, providing homes
for the thirty-five families who 'u'e
permanent residents of the com-
munity.
A load of logs is moved from
logging truck to raih'oad car at
the Grisdale reload. Some one hlln-
dred cars a day are loaded out
from Camps Grisdale and Govey.

in :position on a truck by means of
a powerful shovel loader with
gr~pp!e. Sandy Brown is at the
controls of the truck, Mike Pe-
ters is grapple tender and Bob
