MARY TRAXLER of Shelton Seafirst Bank has been
named recipient of Bank of America's annual Leadership
Excellence in Neighborhood Development (LEND) Award.
The award honors Seafirst-Bank of America associates
who show outstanding leadership in their local communi-
ties through initiatives in the bank or community outreach
outside it. Peers and managers make the nominations. As
part of the honor, Bank of America makes a $1,000 contri-
bution in the name of each recipient to the honoree's
choice of nonprofit organization. Traxler has designated
her award for the Boys and Girls Club of Mason County.
Traxler is a Seafirst vice president and business bank-
ing account officer who serves business clients in Grays
Harbor, Pacific, Mason and Thurston counties. She has
worked to assist the Shoalwater and Skokomish tribes
with long-range economic development plans, is a member
of the Affiliated Tribes of Washington's Sovereign Lending
Task Force and is a participant in the Washington Com-
munity Economic Revitalization Team, a task force formed
by the governor.

MARY TRAXLER of Shelton Seafirst Bank has been
named recipient of Bank of America's annual Leadership
Excellence in Neighborhood Development (LEND) Award.
The award honors Seafirst-Bank of America associates
who show outstanding leadership in their local communi-
ties through initiatives in the bank or community outreach
outside it. Peers and managers make the nominations. As
part of the honor, Bank of America makes a $1,000 contri-
bution in the name of each recipient to the honoree's
choice of nonprofit organization. Traxler has designated
