WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 90100,
known locally as the Shelton Matlock Brady Road
and more specifically located in Sec. 30, 31, T. 19
N, R 6W, WM, from approximately mile post 26.37
to 27.60; work defined as "construction" in the
BARS Manual, Page 11-63, et seq, is
determined to be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified on the
2012-2017 six year Transportation Improvement
Program.

creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c);
or (2) Four months after the date of first publica-
tion of the notice. If the claim is not presented
within this time frame, the claim is forever barred,
except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051
and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to
claims against both the decedent's probate and
nonprobate assets.
