Court upon the motion of the plaintiffs for an
order requiring defendant, MARK A. BASS,
to appear and show cause why the defen-
dant's claim of lien should not be released;
now, therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that defendant, MARK A.
BASS, are hereby required to appear in the
above-entitled Court on Monday, July 30,
2007, at the Courthouse at Shelton, Wash-
ington, on the Civil Motions Calendar, at the
hour of 130 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this
matter may be heard, and then and there to
show cause, if there be any, why the defen-
dant's claim of lien should not be released;
and it is further
ORDERED that the plaintiffs herein are
authorized to serve the respondent via publi-
cation in accordance with RCW 4.28. 100.
ORDERED that if defendant, MARK A.
BASS, fails to appear and show cause at the
time and place specified by this order, the
defendant's lien shall be released, with prej-
udice and defendant MARK A. BASS, shall
be ordered to pay the costs requested by the
plaintiff including reasonable attorney's fees.

claim against the decedent must, before the

RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to

272-001 revised 08/2001 for Local Agency
Use. Should the successful bidder fail to en-
ter into such contract and furnish satisfactory
performance bond within the time stated in
the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit
shall be forfeited to the County of Mason.
ALL BID PROPOSALS must be in writ-
ing, on forms furnished by the County Engi-
neer, sealed and filed with the Clerk of the
Board of County Commissioners on or before
the day and hour above-mentioned.
THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY
