we learn that when we disobey
the rules we have repercussions. A
society runs smoothly only on the
basis of respecting one another.
That's called being civilized. This
person has no place living among
us. He must be taken out of the
general population.
Please aote this jerk's picture,

is one more further offense or any
other legal grounds to jail him, let's
get him out of our neighborhoods

The Journak
three wonderful weeks of
in Morristown, New Jer-
at The Seeing Eye (TSE) I've
raed home with my wonderful
e dog. My husband Kevin and
around Shelton and Ma-
Ounty a lot as we are out and
and both blind.
my previous dog retired
a seizure disorder and Key-
guide dog has retired
to a chronic spine pain issue.
t will be going to TSE proba-
al .r this year to train with his
guide dog. You will see him
with his white cane.
ask the community to be
and respectful in this time
for us.
t, our retired guides Baxter
C] le., sy are enjoying their life
Fortunately we are
po to give them our promise of
ever with us as we are ha-
(retired guides are not
from a landlord's "no-
rule). Both guys have given
comfort and work 24/7,
tl ey are enjoying their retire-
' together at our home. And,
have playfully and gleefully
the new working dog
tts. I'm happy to report that
we now have 250 pounds of canine
in our home!
The community can help me
and my new TSE partner by ad-
hering to the following:
Please, don't talk to my new dog
or make eye contact with him. He
is learning his new role and has
been educated to ignore the pub-
lic, so treat him as you would any
other mobility device such as a
cane or wheelchair.
He is on a very special diet,
which he loves. So do not feed him
or offer any snacks. Any change in
his diet could make him very ill.
Please don't pet him! He is a
working dog, but rest assured he
gets plenty of pets, play and love
at home, out of harness (non-work-
ing).
Kevin and I are very blessed
to live in such a wonderful and
understanding community. As
perhaps payback, it would be our
pleasure to speak to groups about
the guide dog process - the genet-
ics involved, the puppy raising, the
training, how they are matched,
their job and roles and so on. Feel
free to contact us at b.butterily@
