Dick Taylor, executive director of the organization, said the pro- gram has been running smoothly with the baskets and banners all in place prior to the 2007 Mason County Forest Festival. The project is funded entirely through private donations. Volun- teers and Hood Canal Communi- cations installed both the flower baskets and the banners. "We certainly appreciate all the help that citizens and businesses in our community have provided," Taylor said, noting that so far the program is 85 percent funded.
