Notice is hereby given that KEITH GROOM, who is the
owner of the described property, has filed an application
for a Shoreline Management Permit for the development

Construction of a bulkhead, pier, ramp and float, and
access stairs and associated landings. The bulkhead will
be constructed of large woody debris along approximately
107 lineal feet of shore frontage, landward of the ordinary
high water mark. The woody debris will be anchored
