CITY OF SHELTON
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL
WATER SOADA & TELEMETRY SYSTEM UPGRADES
Notice is hereby given that the City of Shelton is
requesting proposals for professional consultant services
for the purposes of upgrading the City's Water SCADA
and Telemetry Systems.
The services required by the City may include, but are
not limited to: Develop, design, program, and install a
new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
computer and Master Programmable Logic Controller
(PLC) to replace the current system located in the City
of Shelton Water Distribution Maintenance Shop; design
a solution that will allow the old and new systems to run
parallel to each other during transition and commissioning
of the new system; new design shall incorporate the
current Auto Dialer system and its functions; and, system
shall be developed using WonderwareQ software.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m on June 24,
2009. The Request for Proposal is available on the City's
Website, www.ci.shelton.wa.us or on Builder's Exchange
of WA, www.bxwa.com in the City of Shelton's Goods and
