The services required by the City may include, but are not limited to: Develop, design, program, and install a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) computer and Master Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to replace the current system located in the City of Shelton Water Distribution Maintenance Shop; design a solution that will allow the old and new systems to run parallel to each other during transition and commissioning of the new system; new design shall incorporate the current Auto Dialer system and its functions; and, system shall be developed using WonderwareQ software.
