V The above described real property will be sold to satisfy
the expenses of sale and the obligation secured by the
Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be
made without warranty, express or implied regarding title,
possession, or encumbrances on June 26, 2009. The
default(s) referred to in paragraph III must be cured by
June 15, 2009(11 days before the sale date) to cause a

47.48.010, Grapeview Loop Road, The at approximately
milepost 2.55 to milepost 2.65, on County Road No.
96140, shall be closed to all through traffic from 8:00 a.m.
Monday, July 27, 2009 to 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 18,
2009.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of
Mason County Commissioners has declared the above
described road closure a public necessity to facilitate
work associated with a maintenance work and culvert
installation project.
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered
and authorized to proceed as prescribed by law.

SHELTON PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING RENOVATION
PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received
by the City of Shelton until 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2009,
at which time bids will be publicly opened for the project
listed above. The project involves phased construction of
the Shelton Fire Station, and includes renovation/remodel
of the 1932 portion of the former Shelton Public Safety
Building, demolition of later-constructed portions of the
existing building, construction of new building additions,
removal of existing mobile coach type portables,
construction of a new parking lot, site work, street and
utility work, and other associated work as described in the
contract documents. All work for the project will be under
a single General contract. Architect's Estimate Range:
$3,000,000 - $3,700,000.

NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF
NONSlGNIFICANCE
City of Shelton Wastewater Treatment Plant and
Front Street Pump Station
Upgrade and Improvements Project
Pursuant to RCW 43.21C.080, notice of action
is hereby given that the City of Shelton has issued a
MITIGATED Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS)
under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter
197-11 -WAC) for the following project: SEPA REVIEW NUMBER: 04-09
PROJECT LOCATION: FRONT STREET PUMP
STATION is located south of Shelton Creek, East of Front
Street, and West of the Navy Railroad/Simpson Mill. The
City of Shelton WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
is located at the terminous of Fairmount Road where it
transitions to Walker Park Road, on the north side of the
street, south of Oakland Bay.
Assessors Parcel Numbers: 32019-15-61480 (Front
Street Pump Station) and 32020-04-10072 (Wastewater
Treatment Plant).
Project Description: The City of Shelton proposes
to comprehensively upgrade it's Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Front Street Pump Station, both constructed in
1979. The following improvements are proposed:
Wastewater Treatment Plant: Addition of a 275,000
gallon effluent holding tank, 50 feet of new outfall pipe
will be connected to the existing 1,000 foot outfall pipe, an
additional 96 foot diffuser will be added to the outfall pipe,
the disinfection system will be converted from chlorine to
UV disinfection, the treatment process will be upgraded
to provide for nitiflcation and denitification, three anoxic
basins will be added, a new headworks building will
be constructed, a new standby generator installed, a
biosolids building and dewatering centrifuge and oryer
will be installed, and demolition of several structures will
be performed.
Front Street Pump Station: Two options are being
reviewed: Option 1 would rebuild the interior of the existing
pump station and set a second, separate structure, for
placement of a standby generator. Option two would
demolish the existing structure and rebuild it in place
with room for a standby generator to be integral to the
structure.
The proposed improvements are not an exemptable
action pursuant to Washington Administrative Code
(WAC) Section 197-11-800(1 ).
Mitigation measures have been incorporated into
the Threshold Determination to offset potential adverse
environmental impacts.
