Deputy Prosecutor Tim Whitehead said the stan- dard sentencing range is four to 12 months based on an offender score of two. He said the period of commu- nity custody would be nine to 12 months. With an exceptional sen- tence above the standard range, the period of super- vision is from nine to 18 months, he added. The prescription was made out for eight pills and Palmer altered it for 80 pills. The offense occurred on April 13 at Nell's Phar- macy in Shelton. Palmer is scheduled for sentencing on July 20.
